Payments:
Payment Methods: We accept payments through secure methods, including major credit/debit cards and online payment providers including PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and Stripe
Payment Confirmation: Upon successful payment, you will receive an email confirmation with details of your order. Please keep this for your records.
Pricing: All prices on our website are in GBP and include applicable taxes. We reserve the right to adjust prices at our discretion, but any changes will not affect orders already placed.

Returns and Refunds:

Refund Eligibility: Due to the nature of our services comprising digital documents, we are unable to offer refunds once work has begun on your order. If the work we carry out does not meet the specification outlined in your order or any prior communications, we will adapt your order until you are satisfied. We also offer 6 months of free revisions to cover minor changes to your order. You are ineligible to receive 6 months of free revisions if you decide to work towards, or have already changed career, or pursue a job title that is significantly different from that requested on your original order.
